👀 Came here as part of the North Beach Food Tour, it is a modern marketplace & culinary stop offering multi-course Chinese fare, casual snacks & artisan teas.

A feature is their daily changing seasonal menu cooked from 8 specialized stations that merge traditional Chinese and Western culinary equipment

💥 A main dining area plays centerpiece, appointed with chairs and tables all handcrafted in China from reclaimed Chinese elm. These exhibition kitchens, with plenty of bar seating, allow you a more close-up view of the deft chefs in action.

🍺 Plenty of wine, champagne, cider, cocktails, sake, bee, fine teas and Chinese liquor. I just had the Tsingtao Lager, China.

🍴 We had the "Peking Duck" with Kumquat Glaze, Traditional Condiments in 5 Sesame Pockets these were absolutely delightful and probably my fav thing from the food tour.
