Museum of Ice Cream x San Francisco
Museum of Ice Cream
📍 San Francisco
👀 When I found out this was on the itinerary I was super excited! I have been to the NYC one, but this location was SO much better. We had tickets to a session so we waited outside and our host got to know us before we went in. The Museum of Ice Cream or MOIC is a multi-sensory experience with immersive installations that reimagines the way we experience ice cream.
💥 Inside are photogenic, fun house rooms and installations inside — a sprinkle pool, banana swings, giant ice pops, and cotton candy clouds
💁🏼♀️ The staff here are SO fun, they seem like inspiring actors/entertainers or hosts. They each have individual style and get immersed in the experience like its their first time showing it off!
🥤At Marye’s diner we had Pink Hot Chocolate which was delicious! It came in a tiny little mason jar with a handle and a cute little straw. Our visit was slightly christmasy as we were visited in November, we were asked “what’s the best way of spreading xmas cheer?” in which we responded SINGING LOUD FOR ALL TO HEAR.
🍴 We also tasted strawberry ice cream and an ice cream sandwich.
The sprinkle pool was the highlight of the visit, we got about 20 mins to spend in there.
✨ Worth a visit! They are in Austin, Chicago, NYC, Taiwan and Singapore at the moment.
