As you enter the big top, you can’t help but smile. The staff here are so welcoming and make the experience that much better. With so much going on; a bar area complete with ride carts as booths, a bowling alley in the corner, the pit full of carnival games, laser tag, dodgem cars in another corner and high ropes course above you. It really is a circus!
We started in the bar area in a massive booth which you can reserve. You can’t take drinks out on the floor so this is a chill out area to eat and drink unfortunately it’s not an adults only area though. It seems like Archie Bros is an adult playground but full of kids, complete with at least 3 party rooms. If you want to avoid the kiddies try go after 6pm I reckon.
The most underrated ride at Archie brothers is the massive VR in the back next to the bowling. The big 3D screen, you sit in a ride style roller coaster seating with a gun in hand ready to attack any of the 3 games you play. We played the scariest one which was zombies. Insane! I’ve done proper VR before and this was one of the best ones ever. Would go back just for that.
Now I am a food blogger so I better talk about the food:
The Burgers are all delicious and green! The vego one is pink. Make sure to get your burger ‘the box it up’ which comes in a cool racecar with fries and popcorn chicken for $25.
Cannonballs Crispy golden potato gems, cheddar cheese dust with caramelised garlic aioli. $8 - these were absolutely delicious and probably the fav thing on the menu!
Fav shake - Candy Stand Vanilla frosted rim with 100’s & 1000’s sprinkles with a giant lollipop, candy kebab, whipped cream and sprinkles. Try adding a shot of Vanilla vodka like i did ;)
Fav cocktail - Electric Blue Vanilla frosted rim with coloured nerds, Blue Midori, Ketel One Citroen, El Jimador Reposado Tequila, Cointreau, fresh lemon juice topped with lemonade, whipped cream, the candy kebab and some sprinkly magic. $22 - delicious, couldnt resist licking the rim after i was done :)
