That amazing Skull mousse dessert

I saw this dessert on Instagram and had to have it. I love skulls, and i love mousse, so this was my type of dessert. In the heart of St Kilda, a bar where you can sit in the lounge, tables or bar. The bar has the honey theme present with the hexagon shelves everywhere, also featuring artwork skulls and paintings of Pablo Escobar, Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas etc. Service was a little unattentive for the middle of the day with only one other table occupied.

Fondue was awesome, cheese and chorizo - genius! Wagyu beef empanadas were okay, BBQ duck was beautiful. Dessert was the absolute highlight waow! The mousse was thick and the popping candy chocolate was such a good element of the dish. Still crave this dessert.
