👀 I love the Gantry and we booked this sensory dining experience. They had a collar with Archie Rose liquor label and matched scents and their alcohol to dishes to spray over during the meal.

💥 We dined outside on the Pier during October so it was perfect weather!

🍷 The menu included two wines and two Archie Rose cocktails, which is pretty amazing value!!

Archie Rose Gin and Sparkling Wine with raspberry and finger lime, the ridiculously red cocktail, delicious, I love finger lime.

BK Wines Carbonic Pinot Noir - I don’t normally like Pinot Noir but I loved this!

Passionfruit Archie Rose White Rye cocktail - to match our dessert

Spiced Old Fashioned with Archie Rose Rye Malt - I don’t remember drinking this by the end of the lunch haha I probably gave it to Jess to drink

🍴 Six courses $200pp

Freshly shucked Sydney rock oysters, raspberry and gin mignonette

Gin-cured Spencer Gulf Kingfish, beetroot and seaweed - how stunning are these!! They were amazing. My fav of the snack starters.

Pan roast snapper with finger lime beurre blanc and zucchini - this was to die for, so creamy not too rich, just melt in your mouth amazing.

Roast duck breast with white asparagus, nettle and juniper - how gorgeous, such a nice slice of duck to be spoiled with.

Paroo kangaroo cooked over charcoal with corn, green onion and whiskey BBQ sauce - delicious!! The BBQ sauce wasn’t overpowering at all.

Passion fruit, rye and white chocolate s'mores - omg this was amazing I love the addition of passionfruit and the rosemary, made it a bit more Aussie

Chocolate, dulce de leche, cocoa nibs and malt whiskey ice cream - my ultimate fav Gantry dessert of all time

✨ I’d love to see this kind of price point value come back to The Gantry I feel like everything has gone up a lot since.
