👀 I had visited the New York employees only and loved it so when it opened in Sydney I had to check it out. Located in the midst of the CBD, a bit hidden, look for the red neon Psychic sign! EO is more of an intimate speakeasy vibe.
Described as a ‘members-only-venue without membership-fees’. With other establishments, following the likes of Singapore and London.
This bar is about enjoying flawlessly executed cocktails and delicious, elevated food, served in a beautiful space.
💥 Reflecting an old world vibe through its art deco accents like overhead luggage racks and backlit paintings, Employees Only is curiously tucked behind a fortune teller’s lair.
💁🏼♀️ Service is always amazing and bartenders are super attentive!
🍸 I enjoyed the The Atlantis, gin stirred with toji, dry vermouth and orange bitters served straight up with squid ink caviar on the side. Worth it!
AMELIA Wyborowa Vodka, St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur shaken with Fresh Lemon & Puréed Blackberries. Served straight up. So rich and dense.
Lots of cocktails, carefully curated bu a very talented team.
🍴 Tempura Zucchini flowers w/ beetroot puree, chimichurri, toasted cashews & grana padano - delicious and always a favourite
Middle eastern spiced calamari w/ pickled chilli, preserved lemon, parsley & aioli - super different flavours loved it
250g Sirloin steak MBS3+ with Pumpkin Puree, Dutch Carrots, Peas, Red Vein Sorrel & Jus - felt like a roast steak dinner yum
Salted Caramel Tart with Milk Choc Ganache, Hazelnut Gelato and Freeze Dried Raspberry - delicious and rich
