👀 Another year where Sydney's Hyde Park will transform into a vibrant Asian food market in this annual festival dedicated to noodles! Be sure to catch public transport or park at the Domain. Plenty to offer, you will find something you like!

💥 My tip is to go the first day of the festival and as soon as it opens to avoid crowds. More than 20 food trucks and vendors featuring favourites such as Mr Miyagi, POKLOL, Dainty Sichuan, Hoy Pinoy, Gelato Messina, and many more.

🍴 We only made one stop at Mr. Bao

Gua Bao Trio -Crackling pork belly gua bao, karaage chicken gua bao & Korean beef gua bao - delish and great value!

Crackling Pork Belly Fries - Crackling pork belly, shoestring fries, special hoisin sauce, pork crackling, coriander and spring onions - these were legit!!

Cheeseburger Spring Rolls - no Ms Gs but pretty good

✨ Super dog friendly if you did want to bring your dog and I wore gumboots as heaps of dirt!
