Such a beautiful event to celebrate Santa Monica tourism, held at the Park Hyatt’s Dining Room we were spoilt by this amazing menu:

Spinach forked potatoes, shaved fennel & shiso salad prawn bisque

I loved the flowers so much and were allowed to take them home at the end of the event.
