Bottomless brunch in the Shire
The perfect girls catchup after lockdown. You do need to prebook, you can’t just rock up and want the bottomless brunch. As you walk upstairs to the rooftop you get the vibe you are in a greenhouse. It’s stunning.
I didn’t take a photo of the cocktails because we had about 10pp! Our waitress was the best we could have asked for, felt like she was apart of the table. Our favourite was the Watermelon Punch. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . Watermelon Gin, Grapefruit, Mint and Soda.
The Salt & pepper calamari, lemon aioli was addicting! Perfectly seasoned and the aioli was very dip-able.
How good are corn ribs? BBQ corn ribs, padron chilli mayo, manchego. I was teasing my friend Jo because she eats her corn ribs with a knife and a fork and the rest of us gnawed on them like ribs.
Botanical mixed plate, green falafel, lamb kofta, beetroot hummus, pita. Love a lamb kofta and look how good these look! I made them in a sandwich with the pita bread. The green falafel was ok, good for any vegos on the table.
Waffles with strawberries, marscapone and vanilla ice cream drizzled with a caramel sauce. This dessert to finish was perfect mix of sweet, that still went nicely with our cocktails.
So much value for the bottomless brunch, I highly recommend!! Make sure you book in advance, request a good table and make the most of your bottomless brunch.
