A little roadside stop in the heart of Redfern is Donut Papi. Leading up to store you can smell the donut goodness from the street. I think donut papi donuts are some of the best in Sydney.
Their flavours are insane since 2015 - Maple bacon, Fairy bread and Blueberry bear claw to name a few. You can order pick up and delivery and also through DoorDash. Worth a stop if in the area.
