👀 We chose Manly Greenhouse to celebrate mum’s 60th birthday! Located on the main strip Manly Greenhouse has a vibrant sunshine soaked patio and food that is a feast for the gram and your tummy!

🍴 Let's get down to the delicious dirt. I dove headfirst into the School Prawns, picture a bowl of juicy, sun-kissed crustaceans begging to be dipped in garlicky aioli.

The Burrata with Tomatoes and Figs was like a summer salad on steroids. Creamy, melt-in-your-mouth cheese, sweet pops of figs, and vine-ripened tomatoes that tasted like they were plucked straight from someone's backyard garden. Divine.

The Tuna Tartare was a flavor explosion. Fresh, tuna chunks covered with parsley and finger lime and parmesan.

️ I shared the Steak and Bug with Cucumber and Melon with my equally food-obsessed fam. The steak was cooked to juicy perfection, and the bug? Juicy, sweet, and the perfect foil to the cool, refreshing melon salad. My mouth is watering just thinking about it.

I couldn't resist a bite of the Chicken Liver Pate. Silky smooth, packed with flavor, and served with toast that practically begged to be slathered. I may have gone back for seconds (don't judge).
