A slice of Brooklyn pizza tour

I had been selling this tour for years!! Had such great feedback so I decided to check it out for myself. We started at Grimaldi’s the world famous for being the best in NYC? Or was it the first? Either way it was delicious. This was a Neapolitan style pizza.

As a contrast for a Sicilian style pizza we went to L&B Spumoni Gardens in Bensonhurst. We also tried Spumoni which is molded gelato made with layers of different colours and flavours.

We were taken to the cute “Gingerbread” house I think it was as a way to promote their Christmas Light tour but that got me sold, I would love to do that tour one day.

Also played a movie compilation of all the movies shot in Brooklyn including Saturday Night fever, Goodfellas etc.

We then went to Coney Island boardwalk so cool!!! I bought a BROOKLYN grey jumper. This place is such a NYC landmark and it was nice to visit a part of history.

We were very full from the pizza at the start and loved the Brooklyn culture. I would love to stay in Brooklyn next time i’m in NYC.
