👀 My clients who are local recommended this new spot for lunch and when they said it I was like YASSSSS. It was so new it hadn’t even made my list yet, but I did follow them on insta and already knew about it. The vibe here is so new and Pinterest perfect, situated in the heart of Oatley, right next to the station but once you’re inside, it’s a whole vibe. Casa di Vinny is very impressive, with their own branded wine and everything.

💥 The space is gangster yet trendy, perfectly Pinterest in every way – it's Instagrammable, but not over the top.

💁🏼‍♀️ Service was super chill and locally friendly, keen to get their sandwiches out in the world.

Now, let’s talk about the sandwiches. I got the #3 – prosciutto, mint zucchini, stracciatella, rocket, and apple balsamic. First off, the portion size? Perfect. Not too big, not too small – just enough to feel like I got a proper sandwich. The bread was like clouds—light, fluffy perfection. The prosciutto was thin, salty, balancing out the sweetness of the apple balsamic. The mint and zucchini? Unexpected, but absolutely divine. That stracciatella cheese? Pure indulgence.

🍴 I need to try the Italian cola and a Maratozzi. Definitely next time!
