Lune

👀 Unless you’ve been living under a gluten-free rock, you’ve definitely heard about Lune. It’s the Beyoncé of croissants. Iconic. Legendary. Always sold out. Naturally, we had to see what the hype was about.

🎭 Lune isn’t just a bakery—it’s a theatrical experience. The South Brisbane store is a minimalist, industrial dream, where buttery magic happens behind glass like it’s a Michelin-starred science lab. Even the sunlight is curated to hit the bench just right, making those croissants look like masterpieces. They thought about this. Every. Single. Detail.

👩‍🍳 Efficient, chic, and slightly mysterious—just how you’d expect from a place that treats pastries like high fashion.

🍷 Honestly, I was too mesmerized by the pastries to notice if they even offered coffee, but I’m sure they’re as refined as the rest of the experience.

🥐 The moment of truth: I got the Finger Bun Croissant, and I get it now. The hype? Justified. The layers? Flaky perfection. A boujee, buttery tribute to the classic finger bun, with that sweet icing and coconut moment that took me straight back to childhood—but, like, in first-class.

🤤 Next time, I need to try the Kouign-Amann because if they can make a finger bun this elite, I can only imagine what they do with caramelized pastry.

💅 Lune isn’t just serving croissants, they’re serving art. Get in line early, manifest some patience, and prepare to be converted.
