Nobu round 2

Nobu

📍 Barangaroo, Sydney

👀 Second time around we were here to celebrate my sister’s birthday with the fam.

💥 The vibe is sleek and sexy, all dark wood and dramatic lighting. It's like Tokyo and Miami had a lovechild in a Sydney hotel, with a vibey soundtrack.

💁🏼‍♀️ Service? Impeccable, darling. Knowledgeable staff explain every dish, guiding you through the menu like culinary tour guides.

🍷 OH MY KAMI Veuve Cliquot Rosé Champagne, Lychee, Watermelon Syrup, Lemon, Raspberry

🍴 We dove into the Sashimi Tacos. Tuna and salmon wrapped in crispy tortillas with spicy mayo – boom! Flavor explosion in every bite.

The Baby Tiger Prawns Tempura a personal favourite

Yellowtail Jalapeno, Nobu's signature dish, arrived like a work of art.

The Anticucho Rib Eye Peruvian-style, marinated to melt-in-your-mouth perfection, and cooked just right. Smoky, juicy, and with a chimichurri that deserves to be ordered as a side to any meal.

Salmon Skewers, simple but delicious And then, the finale...

Nobu Cheesecake. Creamy, dreamy, with a tangy yuzu sorbet that cut through the richness. I kept going back for more!!

We also got the PINKY PAVLOVA that looked like a cloud of dreams landed on a plate. Pink meringue & strawberry sorbet, white chocolate cream & fresh berries. And just when I thought I couldn't handle any more sugar, they brought out the MANGO PANNA COTTA. Coconut lime sorbet & caramelised pineapple - a refreshing tropical twist that was the perfect way to end the night.

✨Nobu Sydney isn't just a meal, it's an experience.

P.S. Next time, I NEED to order the Spicy Tuna Crispy Rice. Until then…
