Wow! Next level dining in the Hunter Valley. This restaurant is truly beautiful and the epitome of the Hunter Valley, large open areas with views of the kitchen, winery next door and out the window is beautiful paddocks and greenery. Ahhh the serenity.

Every dish was truly incredible and I haven’t felt this way about a restaurant in a long time. But they nailed every dish. We only did 3 courses too! Would love to go back for more.

The dessert, the reason I visited the restaurant was for that Muse coconut and wow, it did not disappoint. The husk is made of dark chocolate and sits on a bed of raw shaved coconut. Inside the coconut is coconut cloud mousse, filled with coconut jelly. This is truly the dessert of the year.
