I had visited Katsuya in LA and saw it was coming to Vegas. We went to SLS pool club during the day and ended our night @ Katsuya. Restaurant is quite big to accommodate the influx of hungry casino guests. The new SLS hotel itself is beautiful, we had stayed @ SLS Beverly Hills in the same holiday. SLS is quirky, luxurious and on trend.

Service was friendly and the staff were all extremely good looking. As we had been to Katsuya before in LA so knew our favourites to order - the miso cod, sashimi and the popcorn shrimp! We had a few delicious cocktails here too.
