Callan’s Tramsheds Pop Up

Not busy at all was Callan’s pop up @ Tramsheds. Stunning and delicious food on the menu was:

'Its not Ratatouille' - Crispy poached pork w/ seasonal

petit vegetables.

'Bread & Butter Pudding' - Set milk custard, bread sand

brûlée bread & caramelised custard.

'Pear & Spice cream float' - House-made pear iced tea

w/ spice cream soft serve.
