Don Taco pop up @ Redfern Surf Club

👀 Saw a bit of buzz about this so wanted to check it out for myself. Caught the train to Redfern and started at the Surf Club for dinner. Redfern is such a good destination for a pub crawl!!

💥 Didn’t have a reservation but didn’t really need one. It was more very casual, fast dining. Heaps of small tables mostly occupied.

💁🏼‍♀️Loved the complimentary popcorn! The menu was a Japanese x Tex Mex vibe, very small menu done very well.

🍷 I had some sort of Passion cocktail, it was good, would have been better if it was served in the can.

Ume Cheesy Nachos - blue corn chips topped with cheese, salsa, beef, beans and sour cream mayo, sprinkled with nori.

Fish Taco - with the addition of umami seasoning and seaweed

✨ If they ever did this type or any type of pop up - its worth a visit.
