Incredible gourmet cafe in North Ryde

Saw another foodie visit here and thought who that is near me! Ryde dining is getting better and better. This cafe is hidden off Twin Rd, in a random row of shops i never knew was there until now.
For a new cafe this place was booming! Packed on a Saturday morning at 11am, we got one of the last seats. You go up and pay at the counter, which must make it easier for them, as i thought with the quality of the food it was a bit weird having someone not take my order.
I was overly impressed with place, service was great, food came out fast, all the flavours were great. Can’t wait to go back!
Salmon fillet; confit salmon with crispy skin and black rice, fennel, swiss chard, pink grapefruit, walnuts, fetta, finger lime, wasabi caviar, rice crisp and beetroot foam - this dish didn’t only look amazing, it tasted amazing. Loved all the elements including the perfectly cooked salmon, grapefruit, feta, finger lime and beetroot foam wow!
Breakfast board; slow cooked eggs, smoked salmon, proscuitto, helium, avocado salsa, finger lime, beetroot relish & rye bread $20 - Bae did comment that this dish was value for money indeed, he loved all the elements
