The new hottest place in Bondi Junction, nestled amongst the shops on Spring Street enter the staircase down to a moody, bustling bar. Invited by the king @hungry_diner for a media night, we divulged in canapés, MUMM champagne and selfies along the media wall.

We were treated to oysters, lounge beats and Timomatic dance moves while Mick sabered the champagne. In a crowd full of influencers, bloggers, foodies and even media from the Rolling Stone, it was a night of rockstars and rock oysters. 

Canapes of the new menu:

• Oyster: Rice Vinegar - Eshalot - Chilli & Yuzu Ponzu - Bonito - Tobiko - Cucumber - beautiful fresh oysters with different toppings!! I love seeing new stuff!

• Popcorn Curried Chicken: Spiced chicken popcorn - fragrant tomato sauce - this was jam packed with flavour and really fragrant and yum!!

• Aromatic Squid: Confit garlic aioli - chili - lemon - I smashed this down so fast, super tasty!

• Mouth-Watering Burrata: Roasted chilli oil - cashew butter - cucumber - tomato berry - gosh I love burrata and this dish was in such a different and beautiful way
