I don’t know what we were looking for in Austin, but this wasn’t it. Somewhere called the Salty Sow would be a vibe, a fun, texas vibe. This wasn’t really it, this was a more upmarket share plate style dining. It was more like a house with lots of different rooms, alfresco area etc. If i had my time again, i would eat at a foodtruck instead for a more authentic experience.

The Salty Sow food was pretty good, tried Truffled Deviled eggs for the first time. The fresh bread was yum.
