Limited lunch options in Kirribilli so settled on this, Native Cured Salmon, Lemon aspen cure, mixed grains, macadamia miso cucumbers, myrtle cured radish, wake, raw greens, seablite, fingerlime, saltbush furikake. I think they used to market this as a poke, its not really a poke but anyway. The randomness of the chilli was not welcomed. Fish was fresh. Good salad.
