Second Row: A Salad of Lobster, Avocado, Green Beans and Foie-Gras/Marinated Tuna with Passionfruit, Lime and Coriander
Third Row: Warm Shellfish with Parsley, Chilli, Olive Oil, Garlic and Lemon Juice. Clams, mussels, prawns, oyster, scallop, and blue swimmer crab
Fourth Row: Bannisters Fish Pie. Salmon, barramundi, snapper, scallops, mushrooms and prawns in a creamy fish velouté sauce with truffle. Gratinated with breadcrumbs and parmesan/Snapper with avocado, mango, prawn salsa
Fifth Row: Roulade of Soft Meringue, Crème Fraîche and Passionfruit. With fresh strawberries.
Been on my bucket list for a while now. Finally got the opportunity to dine here while staying at Lake Conjola for a family holiday. Such a fantastic dining experience. Well worth it. Will be back next time I’m down that way. Fish Pie is the most famous dish so i would recommend that. Anything seafood will be a winning dish!
