I’ve been to my fair share of breweries but this is my favourite in Sydney. Dogs encouraged and american style - I can’t explain why it just is. Described as ‘cosy drinking dens with speakeasy vibes’ which is bang on, I prefer the main room for the vibes but the side rooms look cute for a date or more privacy.

There wasn’t just beers on tap there’s kettle sours, smoked porters, seltzers, rose, red and white wine, cider and soft drinks. They also have guest tap beers which I thought was so supportive and fun for regulars.

Foodwise they have some food trucks that park in the lane and provide the food. I forget how many I have tried but it would be good to have the good trucks here as the best meal I had was poutine for Canada Day.
