👀 After visiting Nobu’s around the world including Hawaii, San Diego and Vegas. I was so excited to finally dine at Nobu Sydney, and it definitely lived up to the hype. The restaurant is located in the luxurious Crown Sydney hotel, and the interior is just as stunning as the view.

💥 The vibe at Nobu Sydney is electric and sophisticated. The restaurant is always buzzing with activity, and the atmosphere is both exciting and intimate. The music is upbeat and trendy, and the staff is incredibly attentive and knowledgeable. I was immediately impressed by the sleek and modern design, with dark wood accents and huge floor to ceiling windows to let in the natural light.

💁🏼‍♀️ The service at Nobu Sydney is impeccable. The staff is attentive, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure that you have an enjoyable dining experience. They are also very knowledgeable about the menu and can help you choose the perfect dishes to suit your taste.

🍱 I ordered a selection of dishes to share with my date/neighbour, and we were all blown away by the quality of the food. The Baby Tiger Prawn Tempura which they call popcorn shrimp everywhere else was cooked to perfection and the spicy sauce was a perfect balance of heat and flavor. My death row dish the Black Cod Miso was melt-in-your-mouth delicious, and the miso sauce was rich and flavorful. The Sashimi tacos were a fun and innovative way to enjoy fresh seafood, and the Lobster Wasabi Sour Cream was a delightful surprise. The Wagyu Gyoza were juicy and flavorful, and the spicy ponzu sauce added a nice kick. The sashimi was fresh and flavorful, and the edamame was a perfect starter to the meal.
