Lume is such an amazing experience as soon as you book your meal. It’s a ticketed type process where you prebook your reservation either in full or a deposit. They ask questions that relate to you and your happiness but these answers didn’t really eventuate into anything just more having an open mind ready for your experience.

Each dish was presented absolutely beautifully and every dish had a story behind it. Shaun Quade is an absolute genius, the kitchen was quite open so I could see the genius at work.

I’m a massive fan of the Press Club I’ve been a few times but Lume has now surpassed that loyalty and is my absolute new favourite.

Every dish was better than the other, it was truly a magical journey. I could have admired the pearl on the ocean floor for hours. I am so lucky to have experienced and can’t wait to again.
