Waow! Every Saturday we go to Leichhardt Markets and i saw these amazing Lamingtons on display. They look different to any lamington because they have giant coconut flakes as well as smaller desiccated coconut flakes on it.

This was truly the best lamington I’ve ever had, the most perfect size. Perfect amount of coconut flakes, the sponge was perfect, the cream was amazing. I am worried now i have discovered these…
