👀 I won an insta comp - The Ultimate NYE Experience! VIP table right at the front near the screen for the fireworks, champers on arrival, 5 x cocktails each, shots at midnight 2021, and a $100 degustation for you and 4 friends.
💥 The vibe was so sophisticated and festive. It was COVID time so we all had to remain seated at our tables throughout the night.
💁🏼♀️ The service is impeccable, everyone around us had other dinner but we got to experience the brand new menu!!
🍴 Here's the menu we devoured:
Meu Jardim: Black truffle-oat milk custard, wild mushroom, blush radishes, pickles, herbs, and flowers (VG) super pretty dish and flavourful
Scallop: Duck prosciutto, cauliflower textures, Chardonnay pickle reduction - really hearty and deep flavours but still fresh
Roasted Murray Cod: Samphire, fennel, XO sauce, charred pencil leek - delicious, light and airy, perfect dish for main
Banana Pane D'Epice: Prune and cognac ice cream, salted caramel - YUM!! Thought i wasnt going to like this because how good can i banana dessert be? But this was GOOD.
