I thought because it was a “coachella” property, we wouldn’t get that 5 star service, that couldn’t be further from the truth. It was so amazing, i’ve actually never experienced such fantastic service at a hotel! As soon as we arrived the bellman offered to make dinner reservations for us! WOW! Next Coachella, definitely staying here. Would be great for a Palm Springs getaway weekend.
