👀 We booked a big table for Mother’s Day dinner. Jensens is such a local iconic spot. Named after the owner Carl Jensen who opened Summer Salt.
💁🏼♀️ Service was slightly slow as it was a busy night for Mothers Day and we were a huge group.
🍷 The cocktail list is one of the highlights of Jensens, it is so boujee!!
PEARLS OF WISDOM - Vodka, passionfruit, pineapple & cranberry, served with fruit popping pearls $20
Three cheese stuffed zucchini flowers with roasted walnuts, shaved pecorino and aged maple syrup - Summersalt was amazing at Zucchini flowers and so is Jensen’s usually flowers can be soggy but these are extra crispy!
Crispy skin pork belly, burnt fennel wedge, carrot puree, apple mustard seed ketchup and jus - this dish is always a winner at Jensen’s
Brown sugar pavlova, vanilla cream, spiced burnt pineapple, white chocolate coconut crunch and rum caramel - stunning and delicious
