This Masterchef pressure test dish is made up of layers of roasted milk chocolate, peanut grue, raspberry marshmallow, raspberry cold set brûlée, peanut butter cremeaux, chocolate soufflé sponge, raspberry gel, roasted milk chocolate mousse in a tempered chocolate shell.
You light it on fire and it doesn’t bang but the flavours are amazing! No matter which way you eat it. We shared it between 4 of us but you could probably share between 2 as well if you are hungry.
Cant wait for next year’s dessert!
