Elettro Pizza
Elettro Pizza
📍 Potts Point
👀 Was so keen to check out Elettro Pizza as the restaurant looks so fun! & I love Pizza!!
Located right above the old Hugo’s bar and Flamingo lounge, it’s the perfect location perched above in the cross.
Elettro Pizza was named after the massive electric pizza oven the owner Flavio bought for an amazing price from another business during COVID.
💥 The vibe in Elettro is so fun, complete with a massive retro wall paying homage to the 60s 70s 80s 90s. Pay attention to the little details like Betty Boop and little characters around the restaurant, so fun!
💁🏼♀️ Flavio and the team are so amazing, so fun and friendly. The passion they have the food and pizza is infectious.
🍷 They have soft drinks, beers and wine, I love coke with pizza.
Caprese Cherry tomato & bocconcini mozzarella, pizza bread - this Caprese was so unexpectedly amazing, it was actually one of the staff favourites and I can see why, the bonus of the pizza bread to eat it with made it more like bruschetta. Absolutely delicious.
Margherita Tomato, fiordilatte, basil - the dough takes 4 days to prepare, it is chewy and crispy not soggy at all, it’s pretty amazing.
Prosciutto e Funghi Tomato, fiordilatte, ham & mushrooms - loved these toppings, still can’t get over the pizza. Even reheated in the oven it stays crispy!
Gnocchi Sorrentina Water gnocchi baked in Cherry tomato & fiordilatte, Parmesan & salted ricotta - another mind-blowing dish, this gnocchi is made of 70% water!! Way healthier and it was light and fluffy. I am picky with my gnocchi and this was incredible.
Nutellone Pizza topped with Nutella - smelt amazing and tasted even better
I think we had the most perfect order, you couldn’t definitely switch up the pizzas according to taste.
✨ Thank you collabrium for the invite, I already can’t wait to go back.
