Located inside Caesar’s Palace along the back is cult classic Nobu. It has been a while and it was a great escape when I has been working long hours hosting a group tour.

Rock Shrimp Tempura with Creamy Spicy Sauce is my favourite starter and for the main was of course the Black Cod with Miso. Washed down with a lychee cocktail then onto 1oak for a dance.
