Located outside of the Westfield, on the streets of Parra. BL Burgers westside is attracting more and more people. We waited about 20mins for our takeaway burgers. There is only 4 tables inside, so we had to sit in the park.
BL Burgers have 6 burgers to offer, a special burger of the week and “snacks” but a shitload of HACKS including lettuce buns, deep fried mozzarella pattie, peanut butter! I can see people having mega fun with these hacks and i will be hacking the shit out of my burger next time.
Classic Cheese - 200g wagyu pattie, double american cheddar, ketchup, mustard & pickles $12 - this was good, but not the the best, i dont like bacon on my burgers but i should have got the truffle burger special and removed the bacon, as i said next time i will hack and hack it good!
Sticky lamb riblets - w smokey bbq $10 - these were bloody amazing! Slow cooked and absolutely fell off the bone and melted in your mouth. The best part of BL!
