This place is so sick! 5 min walk from Westfield, run by a Vietnamese millennial family. I was there during the lunchtime rush but their biggest support is their family and friends who are in and out all day getting their Banh fix. Even the local police were there to see what all the fuss was about. 

Plenty to choose from their menu, but i was explained the secret menu! Staff are all really friendly and helpful with their extensive menu. Heaps of places to sit inside or out. 

Secret menu hacks:

• Soft shell crab snack pack - where else would you find this? The crab was in huge chunks and went well with the deconstructed style banh mi salad.

• Loaded gems with mac n cheese, fried chicken, bacon and a fried egg - this was absolutely hectic! Not for the faint hearted, but every component was delicious.

• Red Velvet cake shake - you can pick any cake from their selection and they chuck it in the blender with milk, i chose a red velvet, it was absolutely delicious
