Michelin star noodles

Spring Moon

Hong Kong

I was googling Michelin Star dumplings in Tsim Sha Tsui for my adventure into the city. Picked Spring Moon inside the Peninsula hotel, this was such a stunning, grand hotel.

I didn’t have a reservation because I was alone I took my chances, the restaurant was pretty empty anyway. I sat at a huge round table that was set beautifully and was given their signature snack, candied walnuts. These things were so good and moreish that I put some in my bag for later haha.

I ate Wok-fried tiger prawns with scallions these were absolutely delicious, the prawns were so big and tasty. Mouthful of happiness. I also ate a bowl of vermicelli noodles with dumplings, these were beautiful so light and delicate. It was such a nice meal, I was expecting more from a Michelin star restaurant, the service wasn’t as outstanding as I would expect but the food was phenominal.
