Back to one of my fav restaurants in Melbourne, George Calombaris’s Press Club. We did 8 courses this time, but agreed it was too much food. The courses are still substantial, it’s Greek influence so it’s all about the food food food.
In 2017 Press Club moved into more of a direct of not wasting any food. You can see that in the photos of the dishes, using leaves and the ‘ends’ of the veggies. Always a great experience, got to speak to head chef Reuben afterwards too, such fantastic service - loved every moment.
