Visited for brunch

Waited for table: 40 mins, wouldn’t let us leave a number even though our hotel was a short walk away. Waited for food: 30 mins, we had the choice to sit in our outside, we chose inside and sat at the bar. It’s a huge place but i would never go on a weekend again. Love the Melbourne concept of the takeaway coffee stall at the front of the restaurant. Coffee rating by Bae: ok.

Bae ordered the avocado dish which had underwhelming presentation. I ordered the most popular dish the hot cake which was huge, could’ve been quarter the size! Beautifully presented, absolutely drenched in honey. Very instagrammable but that’s about it.
