Wow! My birthday dinner. The most amazing dining experience. I think this overtook as my new favourite restaurant in Sydney. The snow egg was the absolute highlight. But all the other dishes were amazing! The snow egg is exactly what you think is going to taste like, but better!! Can’t wait to go back.
