We learnt how the bean to bar process works and create perfect craft chocolate and candy bars. We got a complete education in the science and history of chocolate making. I remember this class being a bit too long and I thing we only ate this much chocolate. It was mainly dark too. It reminded me of Charlie and the Chocolate factory and how they worshipped the cocoa bean.
